Junk food companies must be held to account, none more so than the junk pet food companies, principally Mars (Royal Canin, Pedigree), Nestlé (Purina) and Colgate-Palmolive (Hill’s)—together with their co-conspirators in the vet profession and fake animal welfare organisations.
Prosecuting the conspirators for knowingly selling ultraprocessed junk “dangerous for pet consumption” using “deceitful tactics” should be a straightforward matter. Let’s get started.
